Process connection types

Electrical connection types
6-pin bayonet, 8-pin threaded connector, or cables protected by flexible conduit attached to the thread provided on the transducer. Intrinsically safe or explosion-proof protection.
Flush diaphragm transducer
Dynisco flush diaphragm pressure transducers are designed for applications requiring a zero-volume pressure port. The flush diaphragm improves frequency response and provides excellent cleanability, offering reliable and accurate pressure measurement of gases, viscous liquids and slurries.
SPX series transducers
High performance and repeatability with 0.25% accuracy. 4-20 mA output with HART. Ranges up to 30,000 psi. Intrinsically safe or explosion-proof classifications. 22 different diaphragm types and 97 process connection types, including metric, imperial and flanged connections. A BHTF high-temperature fill option is available for demanding applications; maximum continuous diaphragm temperature is 350 °C.
Mercury-free SPX transducers with BHTF fill fluid
NEW COMPONENT for the SPX line. Dynisco’s exclusive BHTF fill fluid withstands 350 °C without the contamination risks associated with diaphragm damage in NaK-filled transducers, and has a much longer service life than oil, which loses properties at high temperatures.
830/850/860 series transducers
Dynisco 830, 850 and 860 general-purpose transducers offer a flexible design and pressure measurement accuracy of ±0.50% of full scale. Their interchangeable configuration allows users to specify the pressure range, pressure port and output level that best fit each application.
Dynisco PT199 pressure transmitter
The Dynisco PT199 pressure transmitter is designed to measure pressure in gas turbines worldwide. It provides information about various gas turbine system pressures for gas and fuel flow control, as well as turbine combustion temperature control.
